Sponsoring a Parents Night with Value Up

HI all,

Below is a letter and an attachment from Tim Kealy one of our Eastern Plains Chamber members.

This is a great opportunity for our membership to be educated and involved.

Falcon High School, along with Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce, is sponsoring a parents night with Value Up.  The event is Monday, November 5, at 6 p.m., at Falcon High School.  The cost for this event is $500, and many of you have expressed interest in helping pay for this event.  I, Tim Kealy, have told the school that the local community will raise the funds to provide this information to the community.  There is also another all-day event scheduled for the students in January, and that will cost $3,000.

If you want to help donate to help our students, please drop off a check at Falcon High School, made out to Falcon High School, and put Value Up in the memo so it is designated to the correct account.

Thank you,

Tim Kealy

November Meeting 2018

Good morning Chamber members , friends and invited guests.

November meeting coming up November 7th, 7:00 A.M- 8:30 A.M., Grace community Church, 9475 Grace Church View, Falcon, 80831

Breakfast sponsor Al Kearse with Mutual of Omaha has invited Tim Kistler from Peyton school to present on the Woods program.

In the fall of 2015, Peyton 23-JT Superintendent Tim Kistler hired Dean Mattson to teach state-of-the-art woodworking manufacturing classes. Mattson is a former professional cabinet maker who started a similar program at a high school in Oregon that was a huge success. The program became known as the Peyton Woods Manufacturing Program with a shop that includes more than $800,000 in loaned equipment from some of the industry’s biggest names

Guest speaker Nicole Odell with the National MS Society.

The National MS Society exists so that people affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost and end MS forever. Approximately 1 in 400 people in Colorado have multiple sclerosis. The Colorado Springs office is engaged with the community to spread awareness of the services we provide, as well as support the community members who utilize our services and participate in our programs and events

Breakfast will be provided.

Guests, please feel free to attend 2 meetings to see if we are a good fit for you.

Please do not miss these presentations
